The trick isn’t pretending you’re fine.
It’s giving your soul a place to sit down and sigh dramatically.

1. Dim the lights

Why fight the season?
Lean into it.
Your eyeballs will thank you.

2. Emotional Support Scents

Use the oils like soft blankets:

  • Sweet Orange: emotional sunshine

  • Lavender: the deep exhale

  • Chamomile: hugs for your inner child

  • Frankincense: your spiritual chiropractor

  • Rose: “you’ve survived worse” in botanical form

3. Let yourself feel things

You’re not a malfunctioning robot.
You are a human with a heart that has done a LOT of living.  You need to decompress to remain healthy.

4. Make a Comfort Corner

Chair.
Blanket.
Warm drink.
Mandatory.

Sit.
Be.
Breathe.
